We hereby declare that the invoice reflects the actual price of the goods described and that all details provided therein are true and correct to the best of our knowledge.
Exchange Policy
No Refunds, Only Exchange: Products purchased from the physical store are eligible for exchange only; refunds are not applicable.
Exchange Period: Products may be exchanged within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase, provided the original invoice, price tags, and intact seal tag are presented.
Non-Eligibility: After 7 days, neither exchange nor credit note will be applicable.
Condition of Goods: Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition for an exchange to be approved.
Discounted or Altered Items: No exchange, return, or credit note will be issued for discounted products, sale items, promotional offers, or altered garments.
Seal Tag Requirement: Exchange requests will not be accepted if the original seal tag attached to the garment is broken or removed.
Defective Products
If a product is found defective at the time of purchase or within the exchange period, it may be exchanged for the same or similar item, subject to inspection and presentation of the original invoice.
If the same product is unavailable, a credit note equivalent to the billed amount will be issued.
No cash or digital refunds will be processed.
Credit Note Policy
A credit note will be issued only upon presentation of the original purchase bill.
Credit notes are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
Credit notes can be redeemed against any product(s) of equivalent or higher value, with the difference payable by the customer through accepted payment methods (cash, card, UPI, etc.).
Exchange Timings
Exchange services are available everyday but on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM only.
Legal & Compliance Notes:
This policy complies with applicable provisions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) for retail transactions.
The company reserves the right to amend or withdraw this policy without prior notice.
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
