At me ani tu, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy ensures transparency and a smooth shopping experience for all customers.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
You may request cancellation of your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the order has been shipped, whichever comes first.
To cancel, email us at services@meanitu.in with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Cancellation After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, you may request a return after receiving the product (subject to our Return & Refund Policy).
3. Prepaid Order Refunds
For successfully canceled prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders can also be canceled before shipping.
For COD cancellations after dispatch, we request customers to refuse delivery at the doorstep.
5. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to cancel any order:
If the product is unavailable or out of stock
In case of pricing errors
If the transaction appears suspicious or potentially fraudulent
You will be notified in such cases and refunded (if payment was already made).
